Steven Vanderheide

My name is steven Vanderheide, I have a passion for traveling and have toured over thirty countries so far. I've been interested in creating a passive income for some time so that I can one day travel full time. I read rich dad poor dad when I was eighteen and it changed my life. I have studied real estate on and off since then but I have only watched from the sidelines never to invest in any properties. I've been in the trades for ten years and I believe working with your hands and having a skill can take you a long way, however trading time for money is not something I want to do forever. My experience is in the construction industry as a professional plumber and gas fitter. I understand heating, cooling and maintenance required for large properties as well as the basic numbers required to make an investment property profitable. I am looking to partner with people who have business and accounting experience as well as some previous knowledge as an investor. Please contact me if you are interested.
