We have also bought/repaired and sold many properties up and down the California West Coast. Now, we look to help owners of properties under some type of duress by buying their property. We pay a fair cash price for the property. Then offer it to our pool of investors. We seek relationships with other investors/Realtors/and Finders to expand our business to help more communities improve their housing stock.
