In electrical construction my whole life. Currently own my own shop which manages and oversees another firm. I am also partners of that firm. Started years ago with high end SFR's and condo units, then moved on to commercial, industrial, and hospital installations. Performed and managed several rehab to rent projects for a company here in CA that burned me for about $20k. Went through a nasty divorce, injury, and economic turmoil a few years back. Currently enjoying rebuilding life with the love of my life Peggy. We'll be getting married in April of 2016. (looks like Nov. of 2015 now) We have been preparing the last 2 years to begin our new path to real estate ownership again. Have a few sheckles saved up, looking to invest and build up a decent portfolio, nothing too lofty, say about 50 or so. Initial goal is to acquire at least 4 by end of FY 2016. She is currently in process to get her RE license to help with our endeavors. She's the pretty one in the avatar.
