We own/manage 70 rental units in duplexes, quad-plex, (4) 8-fam and 24-fam in Ozaukee and Washington Counties in Wisconsin. In the past we have purchased a foreclosed duplex and rehabbed/rented it. Currently seeking to purchase 4-24 multi-family units in the Ozaukee or Washington county area. Would also like to purchase RE outside of Wisconsin particularly in FL.
