I'm a remote tech worker and split my time between Washington State and Tucson, Arizona. I own the house in Tucson and Airbnb it while I'm in WA and while traveling. My goals are to find another investment property outside of those states, either multi-family or single-family where I can stay for part of the year and rent it out the other part of the year.
