Former salesman, sales manager. Ecommerce entrepreneur. I own an organic importer in London that sells high quality tea all over Europe. I Want to transition into real estate in the US. Multifamily & commercial real estate needed for ecommerce is what I am focusing on. I like creative financing and finding great deals where I can solve problems and add value. I think long term. Buy and hold forever. Looking for brokers and bankers to assist me in finding and financing deals in Ohio. Mainly Cleveland and Columbus. But other, high growth states and cities is of course on the table. Looking for 16 units and up. Goal is to own 1000+ units at the end of 2025. Looking for mentorship: - Multifamily investor with at least 500 - 1000+ units is a must. Based in or around Ohio is also great, but not a must of course. - I would love it if you as an investor has a strongsuit in finance and especially creative finance. - Buy and hold strategy-oriented. -Would love to learn more about how a syndicate is run, securites attorneys, PPMs. What can I offer? Energy and an extreme willingness to learn. Just wanna keep my head down and work hard for some years. Walk that yellow brick road. - I run an online business, so I can be pretty much location independent.
