I am a Managing Director for a Private Equity Fund currently looking to lend on Bridge Loans on Commercial RE. I am also looking for funds to buy Non Performing 1st Mortgage Residential Notes in Non Judicial Foreclosure states. I also am looking to buy MF properties on seller financing wholesale/flip and/or rehab/flip at 10%+ cap rate.
