Hello all, I'm Stuart Baxter and I am a relatively new investor along with my wife Taylor. We have a couple of single family rentals, but recently closed on a duplex. Trying to focus more on multi families with future investments, but not opposed to single family units if there is a BRRR opportunity in it. Hoping to learn more and connect with the community on here in order to build a greater knowledge base, especially when it comes to financing.
