Moved to Jacksonville, FL New Years Day 2020 which is about the same time my wife and I started learning about real estate investing. We started with our first investment property - a long-term rental that we flipped ourselves! Since then we have flipped 1 more house that we have listed on Furnished Finder and just turned our primary house into a LTR since we are moving to Norfolk VA in 2023. I decided to get my real estate license during this process because I love everything about real estate and wanted to put my knowledge to use to potentially help others as well. I am here looking to connect with people to learn from, collaborate with and in general just meet some great like-minded people!
