I’m a real estate investor based in Panama City Beach, Florida, focused on building a long-term rental portfolio throughout Northwest Florida. My primary focus is duplexes, small multifamily, and value-add rental properties where there’s an opportunity to create strong, sustainable cash flow. I’m especially interested in deals that can be improved through creative financing, seller concessions, operational improvements, or strategic partnerships. I’m actively underwriting deals and building relationships with investors, lenders, private capital partners, agents, wholesalers, property managers, and other operators throughout the Florida Panhandle. Outside of real estate, I own a digital marketing business specializing in websites, SEO, automation, and online growth for small businesses. That background has made me very systems- and numbers-driven when evaluating opportunities and building businesses. I’m here to learn from experienced operators, share what I’m learning along the way, and connect with people interested in putting together solid deals.
