Brian Tracy. In 2015-2017, I've been implement this famous quote every morning i would read 30-minutes of something related to real estate investment. At a time, what I was lack financially I made up for the time that i put into learning everything i could about R.E investment. Late of 2015, I'm lucky to be married to a beautiful, amazing and lovely lady. Also, purchase our first home in San Pablo, Ca using FHA finance, that going to be our first live-in flip. Fast forward to 2018 current time, although I'm not 100% knowledgeable in all areas of R.E investment, however, I'm armed with enough understanding of how to analyze deal, finding funding/ option on financing a loan and calculate an exit strategy. I've decided to make a first investment purchased a property in Richmond,Ca 2/1 and converted it into 3/2 (all legal permits). Sold my primary resident in San Pablo, net profit around $92,000 used a small portion to purchase another primary resident house in Oakland using FHA financing. Rehab project in Richmond is finished and currently renting it out. After that project, I've realize there were so many things i could have been done better to save me money and time. I'm currently want to focus in the East Bay's market, especially Oakland area where I'd grew up and like to give back to the community.
