New to Real estate Investing. Based off NJ near NYC, I am a software engineer and a nerd with a day job. I started looking into REI to build passive income streams. Reading a few books and taking in all the info as it comes. I am here on Bigger Pockets to get some good advice as well as contribute to the community in the future and to form a successful long term investment team. I am planning to start out in SFR, small MF and small commercial buildings in the north east area (NJ/NY/PA/MD/VA/) within my driving range.
