Have been absolutely obsessed with real estate for as long as I can remember. Live in Los Angeles but invest in the Milwaukee area as I am in the city several times per year. Looking for off market leads, partnerships, possible hard money lending opportunities. Investing in small multi-families in Riverwest, Milwaukee (south & west of downtown) St. Francis, West Milwaukee, West Allis, Cudahy, Oak Creek. Looking for properties to rehab in 2019!
