After a decade spent as a whitewater kayak instructor, raft guide and adventure traveler, I found real estate investing, specifically the world of Performing and Non-Perforing Notes, and saw the potential to build a business that not only rapidly accelerated me toward my big goals, but also the people I enountered along the way. Once a guide, always a guide. At Flow State Investing, we provide investors opporutnities to get their money accelerating through Non-Performing Note partnerships and investments. In pursuit of the highest returns, we also aim to help keep people in their homes. Our investing dollars should make a positive impact in the world and we aim to make that possible. I thrive on communicating intimidating and detailed plans to anyone and sharing the world of Non-Performing and Performing Notes is no exception. I accredit this skill to those years working as an adventure guide. I empowered clients to overcome fear, build self-confidence and experience the incredible rewards of wilderness exploration. From presenting a detailed financial model to leading a team down a remote river canyon, I connects with individuals in a way that helps them realize their own strengths. My time as a landlord and property manager led me to investing in Notes and I plans to bring others along with me to benefit from this awesome asset class. You'll also find me in a survey vest, waders, and RTK-GPS in hand as a River Restoration Engineer. When in the office I develop hydraulic models of dynamic river systems, design new channels geometry and large wood structures, and integrate data and ideas from a multi-disciplined scientific team into a construction-ready plan set. My favorite element comes when I can communicate these technical ideas with clients and stakeholders in a clear and simple way.
