Susanna Hayrapetyan

Hey there! I’m Susanna and I’m a property manager and investor focused on commercial and rental properties. I started my real estate journey with a small office property and a couple of rental units, learning the ropes through refinancing, tenant management, and plenty of hands-on problem solving. Over time, I’ve gained experience with appraisals, property valuation services, and managing the day-to-day challenges of ownership. My current focus is growing my portfolio and exploring how technology and new tools are changing commercial real estate valuation and deal timelines. I enjoy connecting with others who are active in the CRE and rental space, sharing experiences, and picking up strategies that make the business side of real estate run smoother. Always open to learning from this community — looking forward to connecting with you all here on BiggerPockets!
