Susan Reid

Hi Fellow Investors! I'm a full time investor/flipper/interior designer. I have a BA in Interior Architecture & Design and I've been working in some capacity with real estate for 20+ years. I've lived in New York, Atlanta and Los Angeles and have had the good fortune of traveling the world. All of these experiences have given me a sharp and innovative eye for design, and I know how to make a space the best it can be. If you're looking for a project manager and/or cultured design that is unique, original and innovative, it would be my pleasure to help you with your investment or personal home. Experience: I've been investing in real estate on and off for 20+ years. Mostly, flipping but I have also held properties for short term rentals in desirable areas. Real Estate Goals: Since I'm new to this area I would like to network, make professional connections, find funding for deals, etc. Currently Seeking: Properties to purchase, Investors to fund deals, freelance design work
