Susan Ronning

I'm always learning... I'm ex-Navy F/A-18 Avionics Technician, an electrical engineer specializing in wireless communications, hold a pilot's, scuba, and (recently released) realtor's license, and have had a passion for real estate investing for 10+ years. On top of that.. I'm an active volunteer in my community and in my profession. A lot of what I have done in my day job as a Project Engineer translates to my real estate career. Working with customers and identifying solutions; developing a scope of work, bill of materials, evaluating and engaging subcontractors; developing a schedule with critical milestones and key predecessors; verifying deliverables meet expectations.
