My Real Estate Investing business is focused on commercial Multi-family. I look for motivated sellers with properties that cash flow. I'm looking to network with like minded individuals. I would also like to venture into local residential investments with the buy and hold strategy for now. Also, I have a lender in place for commercial properties that will finance 80% of properties value and allow 20% seller carry backs. The Multi-family commercial properties I like have a DSCR of 1.4 or > with a cap rate of 10 or >.
