I am a retired network engineer and now a full time RE investor. Real estate investing is a means to build my retirement wealth. I am also a scuba instructor and lead scuba trips around the world. Experience: I have completed the Rich Dad RE course and the Rich Dad corporate credit building course. I have eleven rentals now, but have bought and sold several others over the last few years. Working on acquiring my first apartment complex right now. So far so good. Real Estate Goals: To have my passive income cover all my expenses by the end of 2014. Done. To have my passive income cover all my dive travel by 2015. Done. Convert all my SFR rentals in to multifamily rentals by 2016. Completed 2021. 2017 - Still working up to more multi-family. Sold 2 SFRs. Refurbishing a 4-plex to raise rents and cap rate. Done! 2018 - Complete a major flip and seek another couple flips. Done. 2019 - Buy another 4-plex. Done! 2020 - Buy a small apartment building or complex. Done 2021, purchase a 7-unit building in St. Croix VI. 2022 - Buy a larger apartment complex. Currently Seeking: 20-50 unit project. A good syndication deal.
