Tabitha Schwartz

My partner and I own three properties together. We have a long-term renter in our Long Beach condo, live in our Pasadena home, and just acquired our first short-term rental in the Big Bear area. We got bit by the real estate bug after purchasing our STR and listening to BP podcasts and reading Pace Morby, Amanda Hahn, and Avery Carl's books. I am a pediatric nurse by day and my partner is a high school athletic trainer. Our long-term goals are to do real estate investing full time, secure enough cash flow to cover expenses and allow for travel, and then retire early. We're excited to be joining this community, growing our knowledge, and contributing in any way we can.
