Humboldt County native, multifamily real estate enthusiast, and passionate believer in the long-term value of rental housing. I grew up here before leaving to attend school in Santa Barbara and again in San Luis Obispo. Most recently, I spent more than a decade in Portland, Oregon, where my work in commercial and multifamily real estate sparked a genuine passion for rental housing and real estate investing. I believe rental properties can be extraordinary long-term investments. People will always need quality places to live, and well-operated rental housing can create lasting value for owners, residents, and entire communities. I moved back, and now Humboldt is my home again. My family and friends are here, the redwoods are here, we have six rivers! and there is simply nowhere else quite like it. The area has retained so much of its character over the years, while still offering tremendous potential for thoughtful investment and economic growth. I am excited about what Humboldt can become, and I want to be part of building that future. Today, I work in business development for Rentor Property Management, where I connect with local property owners, real estate investors, and industry professionals. I especially enjoy learning about people’s investment goals, exchanging ideas, and helping others better understand the opportunities and realities of owning rental property in Humboldt County.
