My name is Reggie and I am a wholesale investor from STL and I'm just getting my feet wet in this new arena and I'm loving the way it feels. I will be looking to buy and hold as I close on my first 3 contracts and of course repeating this action several times over. I then want to acquire 35 SF properties and then transition to 75 small apartments 10-25 tenant unit buildings to build my rental portfolio. When these are pretty much running on auto pilot, I will then move to NPN investing for my overall health and welfare thrusting me into the depths of "bigger pockets" no pun intended.
