Marita Rosado

I built my name and company on two defining pillars: integrity and excellence. These key elements can be traced back to my days at Polytechnic University of the Philippines where she completed her Business Administration in Marketing degree and later attending Marymount Manhattan College where she received a Bachelors in Accounting. In 2006, I completed my MBA from the University of Phoenix. I decided that the vehicle that would take me to my dream would be real estate development. In essence, my visionary that sets the wheels in motion that eventually leads to new construction whether it is buildings, infrastructure, or residential. At this time, I am involved in developing properties in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey, and New York. Following this I am planning on extending my real estate investment portfolio in the West Coast using Texas as a gateway.
