Personally, I have 9 doors myself (residential) and 1 commercial property. My investing venture began in 2020 as I found I had a lot of free time on my hands. I have done various kinds of financing with my real estate background of 30 years. I have house hacked. I have bought and sold on land contract (1031'd the funds) and so much more.
