I am a real estate investor newbie, starting as an accidental landlord and on my way to build up my real estate investment porforlio. My previous home became a rental two years ago and I became an accidental landlord. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to purchase properties with positive cash flow and good long term appreciation to build up my investment portfolio.
