I am a full time cybersecurity professional and began investing in real estate at the end of 2018. On July 1st, 2030 I want to have net earnings from my cash flow that will surpass my full time salary job. Experience: I purchased a foreclosure single family property in the Boston, MA area in 2012 and used it as my primary resident for 4.5 years. I sold the home in November of 2016 and made a really nice profit. I took the profit and relocated to the Providence, RI area and purchased three small multi-family properties for a total of 8 doors. I am continuing to search for more deals. Real Estate Goals: I want to have a portfolio of several rental properties.
