Hey BP Fam- I’m here like everyone else trying to learn the ropes to get into real estate investing and more. I have been on and off on this site for the last year or so. Since getting laid off from my w-2 job, I am taking this more seriously. Anyways, we all have our stories and I wish everyone the best. I look forward to meeting and learning from you all. Taking it slow and learning.
