Taylor Stevens

I have an MBA and work in finance for Intel here in AZ. I have dedicated a significant amount of time learning about investing in stocks and am heavily invested in the market, but I want to diversify into real estate. My wife and I are big savers and are a part of the FIRE (financial independence retire early) movement. We're well on that path and we're on pace to be financially independent before the age of 40. I have started researching real estate more in depth and realize that this is a great avenue that could help to expedite my goal. I have capital I can put to work, so any help you can give me to help me down this road would be appreciated.
