About myself
I am currently working full-time in K-12 schools. I completed a house-hack (duplex) in Michigan and now I am looking to build a team in the East Bay and the Central Valley so I can acquire SFH using traditional finance as well as creative finance strategies. I live in the Bay Area and I'm looking for my next house hack. I got a taste of passive income and I'm hooked!
