Taylor Allen

Native Texan, no college, went out into the work force young and stayed on the grind.I have always worked in and around residential construction being that the majority of my career path has been in consumer technologies. I am currently employed with a residential systems integration firm that installs tech and media platforms in large residential and small commercial applications. I appreciate real estate for many reasons, but architecture, design, rehabbing, value engineering, and creativity are some of my stronger suits which I feel are skillsets that would serve me well in REI.i have always been the guy to be able to loosely crunch numbers that made sense, so I believe an understanding of the market and the strategies one would use to run operations on such a thing would be my main focus to getting going. I have struggled in the past with finding good deals and being able to identify them, so I hope to improve on that.
