Man, I love real estate! My wife and I have flipped 75+ properties. We own 11 Airbnb’s and more coming soon. Have a few long term rentals. My wife is an interior designer and I run a real estate team at Brick & Beam in Norman and own WeBuyNormanHouses.com Areas I’m seeking to learn: raising money, syndicating, self storage, leadership skills. My real estate bio: When I was 20 years old I got my real estate license, I have always been interested in investing in real estate and felt becoming a realtor was the first step. I couldn’t buy you a beer but I could sell you a house! As part of my prospecting, I called for sale by owner’s on a regular basis and I connected with a local investor. We partnered up and begin wholesaling, this was in 2008. We worked together for several years and eventually went our own ways. I then started my real estate career as a full-time realtor. I now own and lead a wonderful team at Brick & Beam where we serve around 100 clients a year. With the help of Airbnb, my wife and I have built our real estate portfolio to cash flow our monthly expenses. Like I said, I love this industry! I love learning from others and seeing others learn!
