I have worked for a multifamily brokerage in Houston since 2013. I started out as an investment analyst focusing on Houston properties. Since 2018, I have been a transaction manager on our secondary markets team (Corpus Christi, College Station, Victoria, Beaumont, Rio Grande Valley, etc.). My wife and I recently became interested in investing in single-family rentals to help support our retirement. I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad on a whim which ended up sending me down a youtube rabbit hole to BiggerPockets. I'm here to learn and network (and maybe share some multifamily knowledge)!
