About myself
Background: I grew up watching my mom and step dad build their SFR rental "empire" in Whitehouse, TX. I had a small remodeling/handyman business there for 3 years before I went to college at Texas Tech for Construction Engineering. Real Estate and Construction are my passions. I now work as a Engineering Consultant for REITs and other investment groups investing in commercial real estate. I have done condition assessments on everything from small warehouses/apartment complexes to the Ala Moana Center in Honolulu. I currently consult on new developments and am the consultant for one of the three equity partners on the new Legacy West development in Plano, TX.
