I bought my first Condo at 20 yrs old, and got married at 21. In 3 months of marriage, a fire started in our neighbors unit and it quickly spread to ours. I don’t it to a private investor and used the insurance settlement to put a sizable Down payment on a single family home. I sold the condo to a private investor, and now I’m wanting to get into flipping properties.
