Hello. I am 51 years old, and have been working since I was 16. Never taught any financial aspects about building wealth as my family was poor and low educated. I have 2 children with one just exiting high school. I also have two grandchildren. I cannot retire for 8 years without Social Security, or 13-14 more years with it. I did some things financially as I learned- IRA, Stocks, Savings Bonds. But it has not been enough if I want to have a comfortable retirement. Just interested in some passive income, and I understand that real estate can do that. Thank you. Teresa
