I started in RE investing with a 4 unit property in Long Beach, CA where I lived in one unit and rented the other three units. I bought it for $333,000, sold it five years later for $1,250,00, then did a 1031 exchange into 300 units in Atlanta, GA which I lost during the last downturn. I am looking to start investing again, buying SFRs and 1-4 units in stable markets that cash flow. Experience: I have experience with buying/selling/renting/managing SFRs, multi-family and vacation rentals. Real Estate Goals: I want to build up my RE portfolio and build cash flow from rental properties. Currently Seeking: Properties to purchase in Memphis/Nashville, TN and San Antonio/Corpus Christi, TX, using my excellent credit and income. Always looking for good mortgage lending options for high LTV for SFRs and 1-4 units.
