Terry Dunlap

In 2002 my wife and I moved from Cincinnati, OH to Olney, MD. I worked for the National Security Agency from 2002-2007. After five years at the NSA, I left and eventually started two tech companies: one was bootstrapped, the other venture capital backed. I was always interested in real estate investing as a kid during the 80s. Now that I'm older and wiser, I began investing in properties in 2015. I presently focus on single-family homes back in my hometown of Sandusky, OH and the areas surrounding the Cedar Point Amusement Park. I own three properties now and am looking to add more to my portfolio.
