I've always dreamed of have a number of investment properties that would support me in retirement and on. I had an investment property when I was younger but was too nice and it jammed me up. Now older and smarter looking to start again Experience: Owned a 4 unit in past and also sold real estate for 4 years Real Estate Goals: Looking to start a buy and hold company to retire on Currently Seeking: Currently seeking information on flipping as well as buying and holding. I also need infomation on Tax sales, and line of credit for acquiring properties.
