Terry Rummel

I'm a 53 year old married father of 4 who has worked in the Employee Cashflow field all my life. All my children are out of the home now and now that I am debt free, i am able to start moving from being an Employee to an Investor. I want out of the rat race of punching a clock. My goal is to retire healthy, wealthy, and young. I also want to help others who are less fortunate and don't have the opportunities to escape poverty the way we are blessed with in America. I see Real Estate and other passive investing as the means to reach my goals. Because i was raised by parents who had jobs all their lives i am learning everything on my own.. after i research and picks the brains of those who write books, do podcasts, post on forums etc.. My wife and purchase our first BRRRR in March of 2020 and now that we are debt free we are looking for our next purchases. Networking, finding our rockstar team of contractor, real estate agent, tax advisor, cpa, attorney, support group, and mentor(s) is coming along so slow though. We don't quit or give up and we pray alot so I have faith it will work out. Any help or insight is always appreciated or if I can possible help someone else i will try.
