Terry Sain

Hello friends, my name is Terry from middle TN. I am an investor in real estate looking to buy small multifamily. I like most aspects of real estate and own a small construction company. I would enjoy meeting and networking to start building my small empire. I currently own one rental unit and plan to add to my portfolio. Overall goal is to build cash flow, retire, and start a family.
