Dean-Ross Schessler

Investor that always shared and partnered on deals (two or three minds are better than one), but my most frequent partner recently passed away, so looking for another person to trust and make money with in the future. The focus has been on the simple end of real estate, mostly residential and some multi-unit projects the largest being 10 units. Had developed a reliable 'team' of people to help with the maintenance and rehab of properties. Did some small commercial real estate deals which worked out well. Caution and carefulness have minimized the number of low return projects.
