Chad and Ashley are newlyweds! We each brought a house to the marriage (and some dogs). We live in one home and rent the other. However, we feel new to investment real estate. We're working on becoming educated through BP blogs and real estate reads before jumping into the life of land lording purposively. We live in Central Florida with our 2 Beagles and 1 Boxer-Pit mix. We think we'd like to invest in properties such as duplexs/triplexes. We have 3 colleges in our town! We have also thrown around the idea of making the dream of owning a beach property a reality and using it as a vacation rental.
