I'm married to an amazing woman and have two fantastic kids. We adopted both of them in 2014! I have a few motivations for wanting to pursue real estate investing. First, I want to control my income. I've been blessed with the jobs that I've had, but I know that there is more income potential and personal potential that will ever be realized in the typical 9-to-5. Secondly, I want to have more freedom and flexibility in my schedule. I know it will take some time to get there, but at least there is the hope of it. Finally, I want to become a greater giver. I've always been a giver, but I have never been satisfied with the limitations that I've had financially. I have personally been impacted by selfless people that have had the income to do some incredible giving and I would love nothing more than to join the ranks of those that I admire so much in this area. Experience: One rehab in 2007 One live-in rehab in 2015 Real Estate Goals: I would like to just rehab a few homes to begin with just for the cash, but eventually want to start picking up rental properties to generate some residual income. Currently Seeking: Seeking to start a single rehab project that is in the NASA area of Houston.
