About myself
Hey everyone! I have some experience in rental properties. I'm getting into fix & flips (1st closing in Dec 2020). I have bought and sold tax deeds and certificates in Florida and other states since 2006. I'm always looking to meet up and partner with others. I'm researching and looking into affordable housing and industrial properties with one of my goals in 2021/2022 is to start/partner in an affordable housing development. My fulltime is working as an Operations Manager at a treating lumber facility in Orlando, FL.
