About myself
Bought my second home on my own years after my divorce. Lived in it for two years, did some updates like master bath remodeled, change all the light fixtures painted every room. I moved to Florida for a short time and made it a LTR property in Danbury, CT. It provides a $800 a month cash flow and I am looking to build a portfolio of more properties.
