Investing in the Fremont County, Lander, Riverton area of Wyoming. Along with my husband, we are part-time investors, landlords, property managers looking to slowly expand our portfolio through single-family and small multi-family real estate properties. We are interested in fixer-uppers/value add for using the BRRRR strategy and open to working with partners or other investors.
