About myself
Hello everyone! My name is Tommy Cheek and my wife and I have partnered with two friends of ours to purchase rental properties. With San Diego property prices being as high as they are we were forced to change our strategy and look out of town in order to purchase cash flowing rental properties. We currently have one SFR in Oak Grove, Kentucky and are looking forward to purchasing our first multi-family property in Texas, Georgia, or Florida.
