Thomas Hausfeld

I am a recent graduate of Bishop Carroll High School and am currently enrolled at Wichita State University and am majoring in Industrial Engineering. I have always thought that college was the only way until recently. As I began to open up my eyes to new opportunities, I decided that I wanted to go more along the investing route and real estate was one of the first things I began to think about primarily because I read "Rich Dad Poor Dad". From there, I began to read a few other books on my kindle and quickly found the BP podcast. Every day since, I have been listening to the podcasts while at work. I have been so excited from the stories on the podcast and want to finally take some kind of action! Currently my idea is to begin by wholesaling multi-family properties and use that capitol to help fund buy and hold rentals. I say currently because I am open to new ideas or better strategies given that I know so little. My first line of action will be to get to know the community better and I look forward to attending local REIA groups!
