Hello! I’m looking to network with other investors as well as talented and experienced potential team members of agents, PMs, contractors, and lenders to build a portfolio of rental properties aggressively over the next decade. I’ve only learned about the possibilities of real estate in late October of 2019, so I am still educating myself with books, podcasts and conversations as much as I possibly can, and hoping to close on a deal in the first half of 2020. From there I plan to continue at as rapid of a pace as possible. I’m currently traveling around the country as the percussionist for the National Tour of the Broadway show Hamilton, so I have tons of time every morning and afternoon before the show to network, analyze and make offers on deals, and do whatever I can to find success in real estate. I speak English, Spanish and a good amount of Japanese, and I also have experience as a health coach, so if you happen to have needs in any of those areas in exchange for some investing expertise, I’d love to get to know you!
