I'd consider myself an investor with 24 doors paying an average 425/door across 6 properites. Of those 6 properties, 4 are clear and free of loans. I started off house hacking in college and expanding the model. I've recently completed my MBA studies and work as a Financial Planning and Anaylyis Analyst for Speedway LLC owned by Marathon. Now that I've finished school, I'd like to further pursure investments.
